Q: It's been a long time since I placed my order and I still haven't received it. What should I do?

A: First you should double check the item's estimated shipping time and order status. If your order includes a product that may increase processing time (original doodle add-on, preorder listing, etc.) that could be the cause of the delay. If you recieved an email notification saying your order was shipped but you never recieved it, this could be an issue with the mail carrier. In this case, please contact me regarding the matter and I will do what I can. If you did not recieve that email notification, it may be due to a recent influx of orders delaying the processing time. You are welcome to contact me regarding that, too, or any other questions/concerns you have about the delivery of your order.


Q: An item is missing from my order. What should I do?

A: Please contact me about the matter so that I can double check your order and fulfill the missing item as quickly as possible. This business is just one person, so I apologize if I slip up here and there!


Q: What kinds of surfaces can I put my stickers on?

A: It will largely depend on the material of your sticker. In general, my stickers do well on water bottles, laptops, notebooks, etc. but are not recommended for cars, other outdoor use, or high-friction areas like phone cases.

Q: Can you record my order being packed and post it on TikTok?

A: You are more than welcome to request this, and while I will try to fulfill as many of these requests as I can, I can not guarantee that I will have time to do so. On busy weeks I prioritize efficiency over social media so that everyone's order arrives on time, so please understand that while this is a service I enjoy providing, I have no obligation to fulfill every request.
